Schutzenhaus Restaurant in Niedernhausen

This location offers Greek and German cuisine. The food is good, the interior a bit rustic. The service is fine. The restaurant is a bit hidden in the forest and the A3 that runs next door creates a certain background noise. Inside you don't get too much of it, though.

Not bad, but not particularly good either. Landlords do seem to be very nice indeed, but the food is fairly ordinary. Some things on the mixed platter taste very tasty, while others are grilled too long, dry and not seasoned enough. You can go there already, but I definitely wouldn't have to come back. That is just my personal opinion.

As always, very tasty good Greek cuisine and a very nice and well-organized Greek couple who run their restaurant with love. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Mfg family Schmidt

A Greek restaurant run by a Greek family with passion. Great food, which is always freshly prepared. As far as possible, our special requests were always fulfilled. Always friendly and competent service, the guests are always taken care of. There is a gifted chef in the kitchen! We always love to come here! Many thanks to the team!

We always feel comfortable here, whether with grandchildren and children or alone. You are always welcome to all our small and large special requests, the portions are plentiful and the kitchen also has open ears for German seniors. She will consider special Greek wishes as well, if desired. But complaining afterwards is obviously more popular than expressing a request before. Thankfully, the restaurant is not dependent on such guests. It even makes sense to reserve seats on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. And the warmth and personal approach by the whole family can not be so quickly outbid.

Good food & Prices

Attended a work event. Buffet was great. Food cooked well. Even in the chafing dishes, food was delicious.

Friendly, nice staff works here, the salad was delivered quickly (although I would like to have sheep cheese in it ...) The main course was delicious but not the best. I had ordered a "stone pot" which was a pot baked with Greek noodles in tomato sauce with pork & ham + cheese, not a masterpiece but it was ok.

Very tasty and great quality. Price-performance ratio is right. Nice ambience and nice staff.
